Government College for Girls Sector-52, Gurugram has signed MoU with Startup Accelerator Chamber of Commerce SAAC, Centre of Excellence Cum Incubation Centre, Dronacharya Government College, Gurugram on 3rd May 2024 for three years. College students have access to incubator center setup under the aegis of department of Higher Education at Dronacharya Govt. College, Gurugram. Plenty of students are benefited by the initiative. The team from the center regularly conducts orientation workshop/training in the college also.
Women Cell and UDAAN Cell of Govt. College for Girls, Sec-52, Gurugram in collaboration with Startup Accelerator Chamber of Commerce (SACC incubation) Centre started summer camp from 3rd June to 8th June 2024 for Skill development of students under the chairmanship of Dr. Indu Rao (Principal). During this Camp following sessions were done.
1. Day 1- Be an expert Beautician and Free Tools Available Online
2. Day 2- Paper Mache Workshop and Cracking Sales
3. Day 3- Handmade Jewelry Workshop and Market Research
4. Day 4- Creative Reuse and Photography & Videography
5. Day 5- Incense Making & Resin Art
6. Day 6- Showcase
Almost 50 students attended this camp regularly and got benefitted. All these students were given certificates and sincere students were rewarded by SACC Incubation Centre. The event was graced with the presence of Members of women cell and UDAAN Cell.
